We are a leading Latin American provider of airline passenger and cargo service through our two principal operating subsidiaries, Compañía Panameña de Aviación, S.A. (“Copa Airlines”) and AeroRepública. Copa Airlines operates from its strategically located position in the Republic of Panama, and AeroRepública operates a low-cost business model, Wingo, within Colombia and various cities in the region. As of December 31, 2025, we operate a fleet of 125 aircraft, 76 Boeing 737-Next Generation aircraft, 32 Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft, 15 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft and two Boeing 737-800 BCF (Boeing Converted Freighter).
