1. What Ryufin is, and is not

Ryufin is a research and educational tool. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Scores, verdicts and screens are automated statistical reads of public data, judged against historical patterns; they are a starting point for your own research, not a basis for trading decisions. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.

2. Market data and attribution

Price data is end-of-day and may be delayed. Data provided for free by IEX. By accessing or using the IEX historical data presented on this site, you agree to the IEX Historical Data Terms of Use. IEX data reflects trading on IEX only and does not reflect activity on other markets; it is intended as a reference point only. Fundamentals and filings are sourced from SEC EDGAR; macro series from FRED, the U.S. Treasury and the ECB. This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. ECB euro reference rates are published for information purposes and are available free of charge on the ECB’s website.

3. No warranty

The service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Data errors, gaps and delays can and do occur.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Liability for simple negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any liability for trading losses arising from the use of the information on this site is excluded.

5. Accounts

An account is optional and free. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, attempted intrusion, resale of data). You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Intellectual property

The Ryufin name, design and software are the operator’s property. Underlying public data remains subject to the terms of its respective sources.

7. Changes; governing law

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; the version published here applies. German law governs, excluding its conflict of law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
