What they do

We are a diversified manufacturer, processor and distributor of SBQ steel and structural steel products with production and commercial operations in Mexico and Brazil, and, until 2023, the United States. We believe that, in 2025, 2024 and 2023 we were an important producer of SBQ products in Mexico in terms of shipped volume. Until August 2023, we were also an important producer of SBQ products in the United States; however, we ceased all steelmaking operations in the United States in August 2023 and have had no production activities at our U.S. facilities since then.
