Since our Spin-Off over ten years ago, our businesses and our holdings have substantially evolved and unlocked substantial shareholder value, with Kenon demonstrating a track record of achieving strong shareholder returns. Our primary business today, OPC, is listed on the TASE in Israel. We initially listed OPC on the TASE in August 2017 with an initial pre-money market capitalization of $350 million, which has grown to approximately $11 billion as of March 30, 2026.
