What they do

In connection with the cessation of sales through GLIC, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2025, we changed our reportable segments to better align with how we currently manage our business. Under the new reporting structure, we operate our business through the following two reportable segments: Enact, comprised primarily of private mortgage insurance products, and Closed Block, comprised of long-term care insurance, life insurance and annuity products that were previously sold through our legacy insurance companies.
