Viohalco S.A. is the holding company and holds participations in approximately 100 subsidiaries, three of which are listed. Cenergy Holdings SA is listed on Euronext Brussels and ElvalHalcor SA, Cenergy Holdings SA and Noval Property REIC are listed on Athens Exchange. With production facilities in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, North Macedonia and the United Kingdom, Viohalco companies specialise in the manufacture of steel, copper and aluminium products. In addition, Viohalco owns substantial real estate properties in Greece.
