Lgs. 21/4/1993, n. 124 e successive modificazioni. Come ampiamente descritto nella Relazione sulla gestione, in seguito all’operazione di fusione per incorporazione di UnipolSai Assicurazioni SpA, Unipol Finance Srl, UnipolPart I SpA e Unipol Investment SpA in Unipol Gruppo SpA, quest’ultima ha assunto la denominazione sociale “Unipol Assicurazioni SpA” o, in breve, “Unipol SpA”. A supporto del business assicurativo e dei relativi ecosistemi, il Gruppo Unipol ha sviluppato attività commerciali di natura strumentale, attinenti in particolare alla riparazione dei veicoli e alla sostituzione dei cristalli auto, alla gestione di scatole nere e altri dispositivi
