The principal activity of the Company and its subsidiaries, (together referred to as ‘the Group ’), is the exploitation of metals and minerals, principally platinum group metals (‘PGMs’) and chrome, the associated sales and logistics operations thereof as well as the development of a PGM mining project . The principal activity remains unchanged from the year ended 30 September 202 4 .
