Skupina SALUS predstavlja vitalni člen v oskrbi z zdravili, prehranskimi dodatki, medicinskimi pripomočki in kakovostnimi ter inovativnimi storitvami, ki prinašajo zdravje in dobro počutje ljudi, saj je specializirana za ponudbo celostne storitve distribucije, promocije in aktivne prodaje ter spremljajočih storitev, da zdravilo ali medicinski pripomoček pride na trg. Regionalno je prisotna na trgih srednje in vzhodne Evrope, in sicer s svojimi družbami (na območju Slovenije, Hrvaške, Srbije, Bosne in Hercegovine, Črne Gore, Severne Makedonije, Albanije in Litve) ali preko lokalnih partnerjev (na območju Kosova, Romunije in Bolgarije). Dejavnosti družb Skupine SALUS lahko v grobem razdelimo na tri sklope: veleprodajo, storitve in zastopstva ter maloprodajo, pri čemer nekatere družbe v Skupini pokrivajo več zgoraj navedenih dejavnosti poslovanja, medtem ko so druge usmerjene na samo nekate
