Puig se basa en un sistema único de marcas, lideradas por personalidades únicas, con las que establece relaciones duraderas y productivas, a través de valores compartidos y la misma visión de construcción de marca. La mayor parte del negocio generado por Puig se basa en sus marcas propias, destacando Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne, Charlotte Tilbury, Nina Ricci, Dries Van Noten, Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Kama Ayurveda, Loto del Sur, Byredo, Dr.Barbara Sturm, Apivita y Uriage. Además, Puig comercializa marcas licenciadas, destacando Christian Louboutin, Adolfo Domínguez y Antonio Banderas.
