Pennon Group’s business is operated through its principal subsidiaries: South West Water Limited provides water and wastewater services in Devon, Cornwall and parts of Dorset and Somerset and water only services in parts of Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Bristol. Sutton and East Surrey Water plc provides water only services in the South East region. Sutton and East Surrey Water Services Limited provides water and wastewater retail services to non-household customer accounts. Pennon Group plc is the majority shareholder of Pennon Water Services Limited, a company providing water and wastewater retail services to non-household customer accounts across Great Britain. The Company owns a 30% share in Water 2 Business Limited, a joint venture with Wessex Water Limited, operating in the same sector as Pennon Water Services Limited and Sutton and East Surrey Water Services Limited
