Meliá Hotels International, S.A. y sus entidades dependientes y asociadas (en adelante, el “Grupo” o la “Compañía”) configuran un grupo integrado de empresas que se dedican, fundamentalmente, a actividades turísticas en general y más en concreto a la gestión y explotación de hoteles de su propiedad, alquiler, en régimen de gestión o franquicia, así como a operaciones de club vacacional.
