2. Company’s Activity The Company’s main operation is retail sale of toys, baby items, seasonal items, decoration items, books and stationery and is classified based on the STAKOD 03 bulletin of the National Statistics Service in Greece (E.S.Y.E.) within the sector “other retail trade of new items in specialized shops” (STAKOD category 525.9). A small part of its operations concerns wholesale of toys and similar items to third parties. The Company has been listed on the Athens Exchange since 19.7.1997, and since June 2010 participates in FTSE/Athex 20 index. Based on the provisions of the Athens Exchange Regulation, the Company’s shares are included in the “Main Market” category.
