The Company is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Ferrexpo plc and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) operate two mines and a processing plant near Kremenchuk in Ukraine, have an interest in a port in Odessa and sales and marketing activities around the world, including offices in Switzerland, the U.A.E. (Dubai), Japan, China, Singapore and Ukraine. The Group also owns logistics assets in Austria, which operate a fleet of vessels operating on the Rhine and Danube waterways and an ocean-going vessel, which provided top-off services until it was sold in April 2026. The Group’s operations are vertically integrated from iron ore mining through to iron ore concentrate and pellet production and subsequent logistics. The Group’s mineral properties lie within the Kremenchuk Magnetic Anomaly and are currently being extracted at the Gorishne-Plavninske-Lavrykivske (“GPL”) and Yerystivske deposits. D
