Die EVN AG als Mutterunternehmen des EVN Konzerns (EVN) ist ein in 2344 Maria Enzersdorf, Österreich, ansässiges führendes börsenotiertes Energie- und Umweltdienstleistungsunternehmen. Neben der Versorgung des niederösterreichischen Heimmarkts ist die EVN in der Energiewirtschaft Bulgariens, Nordmazedoniens, Kroatiens, Deutschlands und Albaniens tätig. Im Umwelt-bereich, der großteils den nach IFRS 5 bilanzierten aufgegebenen Geschäftsbereich des internationalen Projektgeschäfts umfasst, werden über Tochtergesellschaften Kund*innen in zehn Ländern in den Bereichen Wasserversorgung, Abwasserentsorgung und thermische Abfallverwertung betreut.
