Drax Group plc (the Company) is a public company, limited by shares, incorporated in the United Kingdom under the Companies Act 2006, and registered in England and Wales. The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the Group) have four principal activities: – Pellet Production: production and subsequent sale of biomass pellets from the Group’s processing facilities in North America – Biomass Generation: generation and sale of electricity from the Group’s biomass assets in the UK – Flexible Generation: generation and sale of electricity from pumped storage, run-of-river hydro and OCGT assets, and the processing and sale of waste-derived pellets, in the UK – Energy Solutions: supply of electricity to non-domestic customers in the UK The Group’s activities are principally based within the UK, US and Canada.
