OPERATING SEGMENTS Segment reporting is presented in respect of the group's operating segments. Segment results and assets and liabilities include items that can be directly attributed to a segment. The CFE group can be divided into four operating segments : Real Estate Development The Real Estate Development segment develops real estate projects in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. Multitechnics The Multitechnics segment includes the activities of the VMA and MOBIX divisions: - VMA specializes in developing technical building installations, their automated management (smart buildings) and long-term maintenance as well as in automating production lines in the automotive, chemical and food industries;- MOBIX is a leading player in Belgium for carrying out railway works (laying tracks, catenaries and signalling) and the installation of cables and pipelines as well as the installation public
