Aker Solutions delivers integrated solutions, products and services to the global energy industry. We enable low-carbon oil and gas production and develop renewable solutions to meet future energy needs. By combining innovative digital solutions and predictable project execution we accelerate the transition to sustainable energy production. The company had about 11,800 own employees and was present in 15 countries at the end of 2024. The main office is in Fornebu, Norway and the parent company Aker Solutions ASA is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker AKSO. The consolidated financial statements in this report include the financial performance and position of the company and its subsidiaries collectively referred to as “the group” or “the company” and separately as group companies.
